How do players join Hardshells Lacrosse?
Hardshells is an invite-only national lacrosse program. Players within our network receive first priority for roster placement. Players outside the network are then considered for remaining spots. All selections are based on merit, character, and direct coach evaluation. Players from inside or outside our network are welcome to submit the interest form. Submitting a profile does not guarantee an invitation or a roster spot.
Where are Hardshells players and coaches based?
We welcome interest from exceptional players across North America. Our coaching network connects San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boise, Phoenix, Houston, and British Columbia.
How does the development pipeline work?
Players build their game with local network partners. Standout players may be invited to Premier West, our regional feeder program, where high-level competition prepares them for the national stage and evaluation for Hardshells. Advancement is based on merit, character, and coach evaluation. Exceptional players may earn a direct invitation to Hardshells. Network players receive first priority for roster placement; players outside the network are then considered for remaining spots.
What recruiting support does Hardshells provide?
Our program is built around high-level competition, personal feedback, and a connected coaching network that can help families navigate the college recruiting process. The goal is to help players develop, gain exposure, and find the right next step.
Which tournaments will Hardshells attend?
Hardshells will attend the WLF Elite Championships in Scottsdale, Arizona, January 9–10, 2027. Our 2029, 2030, and 2031 teams are at capacity for that event. We will also attend Naptown National Challenge in Annapolis, Maryland, June 28–30, 2027, and are currently gauging player interest for that tournament.
